    DAY 1: – Dehradun to Raithal | The Base Camp.
    Pick up from Dehradun Railway station/Jolly grant Airport Dehradun is well connected with Delhi through railway & Dehradun Airport and road routes. Overnight Buses and Trains are available.
    Meet at Dehradun. Drive from Dehradun to Raithal via cab.
    Drive to Raithal via Uttarkashi
    Arrive at Raithal village, a small village situated 20 km above the main city of Uttarkashi which serves as the starting point of the trek. Stay at the home stay in Raithal. Overnight stay at Raithal.
    A quick introduction & brief session with the trek Guide and fellow travelers.
    Dinner and overnight stay at the home stay.
    Night Stay: Raithal.
    Meals: Breakfast & Dinner      
    DAY 2:- Raithal to Gui 
    Raithal to GUI, 5 Kms Trek
    Pleasure trip to GUI campsite from Raithal after breakfast.
    A 5 kms mount trek to GUI campsite of easy grade passing during the oak forest.
    Arrival at the Gui campsite, hot lunch at the campsite.
    An evening familiarization walk
    Evening refreshments and snacks post-walk.
    Overnight stay at the camps.

    DAY 3:- Reach the Summit | The Climax Day Awaits 
    The Summit Day, 7 Km Trek.
    3.5 Km Trek to Dayara Bugyal from the campsite after breakfast.
    Rest and packed lunch at the Dayara Viewpoint.
    Descend back to Gui Campsite from Dayara Top.
    Arrival at the campsite Dinner at the campsite.

    DAY 4: Gui to Dehradun | move down Back to Dehradun
    Gui to Raithal, Drive to Dehradun, 235Kms Drive
    Move down back to Raithal village from Gui after breakfast on a 5 km descend the track
    A 235 kms drive back to Dehradun from Raithal village passing all the way through Uttarkashi,
    Lunch during transport will be provided on the road side.
    The expected time of arrival in Dehradun will be in the evening. So you can plan your travel further accordingly & drop for onward journey.

    FACILITIES  – IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
    We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your Travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at Any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also
    Reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for Instance, bad weather):
    1. We shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
    2. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a Pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you.
    3. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.

        1. Tour Company reserves the right to publish the passenger’s photograph or group photograph.
        2. Type of transport vehicle can be changed in case short of passengers because our intention is not to disappoint tourist or cancellation of tour.
        3. To make a booking, a non refundable deposit of Rs. 5000/- is required. Once this has been received confirmation of your booking (in the form of an invoice) will be sent to you. The balance amount must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date of tour. Otherwise we may treat the booking as being cancelled by you.
        4. All the payments made by Cheque or Online Transfer should be in favour of “DOON TRAVEL”.
        5. The price quoted in our brochure has been calculated at the rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure. The company reserves the right to amend the prices published in the brochure.
        6. The customer has to bear the proportionate tour cost of extended stay or travelling due to extraneous circumstances. The company reserves the right to cancel at any time any/all the tours without assigning any reason. In such cases the company’s responsibility shall be restricted to either refund without any compensation what so ever or keep the money for the next available tour if the customer so desires.
        7. Tour Company shall not be responsible for any injury, illness or death, terrorist attack, accident or any Damage or claim of what so ever nature and any loss arising from it. The operator is not responsible for any criminal conduct by the third party.
        8. Cancellation request must be made in writing by email.
        9. There will be no Refund of any unutilized service in part or in full what so ever may be reason.
        10. All disputes/legal claims are subject to Dehradun jurisdiction only Rates are on Per Person basis and GST 5% shall be extra applicable
